I can't walk!! I limp/hobble everywhere. The stairs are hell.

Both quadriceps are sore. My right glute is sore. Those pains are from the lunges. They BURN when I do them.

My right calf I think I twanged on the leg curls but I'm not sure. It feels like I just cramped it.

Also, its ok to take a day or twos break otherwise you'll burn your body out. So dont do this more than 4-5 times a week.. it sounds harder than the one I was given
