The pain returns
Oct. 29th, 2004 10:01 amI can't walk!! I limp/hobble everywhere. The stairs are hell.
Both quadriceps are sore. My right glute is sore. Those pains are from the lunges. They BURN when I do them.
My right calf I think I twanged on the leg curls but I'm not sure. It feels like I just cramped it.
