5 minute warmup - 5kph walking on treadmill
Fitball squats - 2x15
Leg curl 5kg - 2x15
Chest press 10kg - 2x15
Seated row 10kg - 2x15
Tricep pull down 5kg - 2x15
Fitball crunches - 3x10
Alt. leg & arm lifts - 3x10
Prone bridge - Yesterday I did about 7 of these before realising exactly what was written on my sheet. They weren't held for very long.
5 minute cool down - 3kph on treadmill
Stretches - hold each for 30secs
Today
1 hour Pilates (nasty stuff for someone as inflexible as me, I don't think joints are meant to crunch like that)

Leg curl 10kg - 1x15
Cardio - 20min (forgot this part yesterday) 6kph on treadmill. Varied the gradient up to 4.

Tricep pull down 10kg - 1x15 (I think this is a little heavy for me yet)
Tricep pull down 5kg - 1x15
