doctor told me at last appointment to do 20 crunches every day. i looked at him like "...20?!" before i got banned from doing stomach crunches (coz the instructors are well meaning and thought it might be detrimental) i was doing about 160 (we do those legs to one side and then the other side ones and i was popping 80 either side). so i did 20 the other day and was quite nih about it all. might haveta do more ;)
the niggliness will go away as you get used to it and leave you with nice flat toned abs. you should come down and do our workout with us sometime, makes the gym look soft ;)
