ya know, when I do something nice, I don't do it as an invitation to walk all over me. I do it because I care for the other person and I expect the same kindness in return, I resent it when I am just used instead.

But it would seem the old "Do unto others" adage doesn't mean much these days...

Very very true. Being nice to someone is not saying that you are a dormat to be stepped upon!
