gemfyreChai tea. Not the stuff from a teabag, brewed stuff from a cafe.
Yes, I realise that "chai tea" is like saying "Mount Fujiyama" or "ATM machine", but what else do you call it?
I'll need to find some loose leaves and attempt brewing it myself. Mmmm.

I've made some nice ones by simmering the milk with herbs and spices for the requisite hour. It comes up soooooo nice.
