Chai tea. Not the stuff from a teabag, brewed stuff from a cafe.

Yes, I realise that "chai tea" is like saying "Mount Fujiyama" or "ATM machine", but what else do you call it?

I'll need to find some loose leaves and attempt brewing it myself. Mmmm.

I discovered it in Broome when a workmate had a mug of it and I was like, "What IS that smell!?" I also learned there that it is best made with vanilla soy milk and sweetened with honey.
