Jun. 9th, 2008 01:48 pmGoing to the gym again is good. This gym is a lot nicer and more intimate than Selby, it's small, people are regulars and there's maybe 5 people around a time, and there's always staff around if you have questions.
I don't like all the squats on my program, but I guess they're good for me. And today I noticed my heart rate was actually staying at the "fat burn" level. This is good, I want to burn LOTS of fat!
And for something completely different - does anyone know where I can learn how to use a knife properly? I have my beautiful Shun knives, and I love to use them, but I still can't cut really fast because I'm doing it wrong. I also put myself at risk of cutting myself because of it.
