Going to the gym again is good. This gym is a lot nicer and more intimate than Selby, it's small, people are regulars and there's maybe 5 people around a time, and there's always staff around if you have questions.

I don't like all the squats on my program, but I guess they're good for me. And today I noticed my heart rate was actually staying at the "fat burn" level. This is good, I want to burn LOTS of fat!

And for something completely different - does anyone know where I can learn how to use a knife properly? I have my beautiful Shun knives, and I love to use them, but I still can't cut really fast because I'm doing it wrong. I also put myself at risk of cutting myself because of it.

Watch how the TV chefs do it? It's not that hard really, you just got to make sure that you are holding whatever you're cutting with your fingers parallel to the blade so that you can't chop them off.

I believe a rocking action is also good, (depending on what you're cutting). But I'm not great at knives either so I'm only a theorist.
