Yokay - Most of this stuff is for sale. If you are interested e-mail me, message me, reply, whatever. For those overseas we'll have to work out payment options - I don't have Paypal or anything due to lack of credit card and fear of exchage rate - I think I'd be charged more in fees that I'd make. And conversion costs for USD at least is $7, not sure about other currencies. So it's a tad awkward but I'm sure we can organise something. Prices are tentative (Oz dollars of course) - make an offer.

Some of these are one offs - most can be replicated if more than one person wants the design.

Necklace and earring set - Rose quartz, cherry quartz and mother of pearl on silver - necklace is tigertail. (These are mine.)

Necklace/choker - Acrylic beads, mystery beads, glass saucers and Czech seed beads on memory wire choker. - $5

Earrings - Cloisonne medallions, crystals and cats-eye beads. (These are mine.)

Earrings - Cloisonne crosses. - $7

Necklace and bracelet set - Glass pony beads and pewter pendant on P'leather cord. - $16

Earrings - Glass ladybugs and acrylic beads on green tigertail. - $6

Earrings - Garnet chips, silver filigree beads and mystery beads. - $9

Bracelet or anklet - Paua shell, malchite chips, turquoise and mother of pearl on tigertail. - $12

Earrings - Acrylic beads and seed beads on navy blue tigertail. (Might add more to these, still undecided). - $4 as is.

Bracelet - Hematite chips and Czech seed beads on memory wire. - $8

Earring, bracelet and necklace set - Two-tone mystery beads on tigertail. - $20

Earrings - Acrylic pearly beads. - $7

Bracelet - Two-tone mystery beads and acrylic bicones on stretch magic elastic. - $5

Earring and bracelet set - Acrylic pearly beads and seed beads on memory wire. - $9

Bracelet - Bubble beads on purple stretch elastic. - Considering keeping this, unless someone gives me an offer I can't refuse.

Necklace - Acrylic pony beads in on P'leather cord. (Sold to a friend.)

Earrings - Acrylic bugles on tigertail. (My first creation.) - Keeping these because they are the first - unless I get an offer I can't refuse.

Bracelet - Chunky glass beads on memory wire. - $10

Ring - Seed beads on memory wire in Aussie green and gold. - $3

Ring - Seed beads on memory wire. - $3

Earrings - Various acrylic beads on tigertail. (Sold to a friend.)

Necklace - Tigers eye chips on tigertail. (Gift for Mum on Mother's Day.)

Earrings - Glass saucer beads and seed beads on green tigertail. - $5

Earrings - Leopard skin jasper and really yummy chocolatey looking acrylic beads. - $8

Oh yeah, I also take commissions.

Haha.

Yeah, another person also expressed interest in that pride colour necklace.

What kind of design are you looking for? To make another one like the one there I'll need to get some more cord and end crimps first but I was planning on doing that anyway.

Actually i'm into beading myself and I am slowly working up a dangly beaded earrings range for the hole-less people like you and myself. I've only got 4 pairs made so far but i'm getting there and i'll let you know when i've done heaps so you can have a look and possibly buy.

Ok. Let me know when you start using it for posts with more than one or two pics. In the meantime, I am bumping you off my friends list. I don't want to be loading & looking at two dozen pics of your jewelry every time I refresh my friends page...

ah well, most of us have learnt how to use scroll, either on the mouse, or the pgdn key. it's not really that hard.

I'm just sorry for those poor people with dialup that view this.

and i've taught her well how to be evil.

Date: 2004-05-18 04:12 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] jassalol.livejournal.com
It's part the scrolling, part the lack of consideration for others that bothers me. The second part is why I'm undecided about re-adding her in a few days when this scrolls off my friends list... : /

Date: 2004-05-18 04:25 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] firvulag.livejournal.com
Mmm, consideration. something your first comment had lots of. maybe try less offensive comments as a means to nicely get people to do something you want them to do.

and would you rather one post with 12 pics in it, or 12 posts of 1 pic each?

If she want's people to see them, rather than just pass by the hidden pictures, then it's her journal to do that with. everyone else can remove her if it annoys them too much. personally it's less hassle to scroll past it for the one or two times i check before it falls off the page, and actually need to go past it, than to remove from friends and re-add the next day.

But maybe that's just me.

I just wish that BJ'd keep the picture width a bit under 580... it stretches my friends screen out of shape otherwise.

Date: 2004-05-18 04:41 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] jassalol.livejournal.com
Yeah, my comment was childish. But I thought if I made it annoying enough BJ might actually respond to it. Which she did.

I would rather she do what any polite and considerate LJ user does, and post the first pic or two uncut, and then the remaining ones behind an lj-cut. Every community I know of have rules like that...

Yes, it is her own journal and she should be able to post what she likes. But that doesn't mean she shouldn't show a bit of respect for others. I'm sure if I went and posted a pic of goatse or tubgirl on my journal people would be annoyed at me. A "But it's my journal, I'll do what I want!" attitude doesn't make it right.

IMO, It's really quite hypocritical of BJ to condemn smokers for being so inconsiderate of others when she goes and does stuff like this...

Date: 2004-05-18 04:44 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] jassalol.livejournal.com
Oh, and for the record, I've commented on the lj-cut issue multiple times before... I'm pretty sure I started off polite, but the last couple of times I've been getting more and more irate. I'm sure you can understand why this might be :-)
