gemfyreOkay. The character with random disease is a pretty teenage girl. Slim, probably a ballerina or dancer of some kind.
Her family knows and she probably sees a doctor but if she's on any medication she's able to hide it pretty well.
Main person who doesn't know she's sick is boy who falls in love with her.
Yeah I know, the story has been done a squillion times before, but gimme a break I started writing it when I was 14 or so.
Oh yeah, and the death just happens overnight.
