Let the sunshine in
Mar. 17th, 2004 07:13 amThe last week or so I've been having my curtains closed during the day and open at night.
During the day the sun shines directly on my monitor, so I close the curtains to reduced the glare.
I open them at night so I can look at the sky and watch the sunrise (my bladder alarm clock usually wakes me half an hour before the sun comes up). I also find the sun first thing in the morning gets the melatonin running and wakes me up more fully.
Works for me.
