Yes, I was able to pick him up quite easily and bring him inside. He wandered around a bit sniffing and looking very wary, then he jumped up on the seat and settled in. I've been able to pat and scritch him without any trouble at all.

I think he's tolerating me now.

Today I learned the phones. Pretty basic stuff.

Interesting how this rather large portion of the job stems from the fact that so many people go to the bank for a large transaction and don't bring signature ID.
