Mmm, just showered. I smell nice again.

Anyone know how to get cigarrette smoke smell out of leather? My beloved leather jacket reeks of smoke and is gradually stinking out my whole wardrobe. Something I rather resent seeing as I don't smoke myself.

In my perfect world my friends (and everyone) wouldn't have to be addicted to something that saps their money, ruins their health AND ruins the health of those around them.

Was just pondering. Many smokers say cigarettes help them relax. I don't need cigarettes to relax. I reckon inhaling cancer causing substances would stress me out MORE!

Okay, I've used This picture as reference.

The purple shade in her hair is most certainly more lavendar than fuschia or magenta. Fuscia and magenta are MUCH brighter, deeper shades of purple/pink.

But then again, my colourblind friend would probably say it was brown. *Now wonders if he'll reply to this*

Well I dragged myself out of bed at 6am and drove up to Pickering Brook for today's walk with the threat of rain. As it was the rain held off and the day warmed up and it was great. The property/garden was LOVELY and the house was so simple but nice, the focus is the garden, not the house. I'd adore living somewhere like that.

New birds, old birds, birds I haven't seen in ages. All in a very good day. Only disappointment was the Western Yellow Robin being a no show. I WILL get this damn bird on my list eventually.

Da List!

Senegal Dove
Spotted Dove
Common Bronzewing
Crested Pigeon
Red-Tailed Black Cockatoo
Baudin's Cockatoo
Red-Capped Parrot
Western Rosella
28 Parrot
Shining Bronze Cuckoo
Laughing Kookaburra
Sacred Kingfisher
Splendid Fairywren
Red-Winged Fairywren (5 males together!)
Spotted Pardalote
Striated Pardolote
Weebill
Western Gerygone
Yellow-Rumped Thornbill
Inland Thornbill
Western Wattlebird
Singing Honeyeater
White-Naped Honeyeater
New-Holland Honeyeater
White-Cheeked Honeyeater
Brown Honeyeater
Western Spinebill (females nesting, still haven't seen the male)
Scarlet Robin
Golden Whistler (finally saw the stunning male! Wow.)
Rufous Whistler
Grey Fantail
Magpie Lark
Magpie
Australian Raven
Welcome Swallow
Red-Browed Firetail (Neochima temporalis) - NEW!
Silvereye

Also heard geese and peafowl, but I don't think they count seeing as they weren't wild.
