Cardio - 20 minutes on treadmill - Did the "fat burn" preset
2x15 Chest press, 15kg
2x15 Seated row, 15kg
2x15 Tricep pull down, 10kg
3x10 fitball crunches
3x10 alt. leg and arm raises
2 x prone bridge - 20 seconds
1 x prone bridge - 30 seconds
Treadmill cool down, 5 mins, 4kph
Stretches.
