What is it about PMS??
Why do females feel the right to blame all their faults on PMS?

I have never experienced PMS, if I am being bitch it's because I'm being a bitch, not because I have PMS.

I really ponder what it is like to have genuine PMS...

I get 'em every three weeks. Most of the time, a few days before it decides to happen, I get pain and discomfort everywhere. Now, normally if I was in pain I could handle it, but this seems to be different. There's something deep inside the uterus that burns and twists from within that you just cant ignore. Pain and discomfort that cant be gotten rid of makes for a cranky me. Not to mention the hormones that are released telling the uterus to expell the unfertilised egg, and in the process, cramping up my muscles sooo unfairly. You'd think that because I can see it coming, I could prepare somehow..but it never works like that.
Nature's miracle is spring cleaning gone awry...

erugh.

I get nasty cramps during that time but luckily I can usually easily cure that with Naprogesic. Rest of the month I am generally fine.

Oh yeah..i also get them during, and nothing works besides good ol' nurofen plus..or should I say codeine. Meh..apparently a good hard slog of exercise does the trick as well, but really, WHO in their right minds would give up a reason to have just that little extra bit of time in the shower or the excuse to eat chocolate?!?! No wonder I am always feeling tired...

I get yucky cramps the day before and the first day or two, feel a bit sickly but Naprogesic helps sometimes... and it never makes me less inclined to be mean, just more sooky :P

I don't think I get PMS.. I mean, sometimes I feel irrationally angry with people, but I think that's not a PMS thing, as it never happens at a regular time in relation to my period, some days I'm just not in a good mood ^~;
