Gym progress

The weights are all going up!

Warm up - 5 mins, 5kph tread
2x15 leg curls, 10kg
2x15 fitball squats

Cardio - 20 minutes on treadmill
First 5 mins - 5kph, elevation 0
Next 10 mins - 6kph, elevation 3
Last 5 mins - 6kph, elevation 6

2x15 Chest press, 15kg
2x15 Seated row, 15kg (I'm iffy at this weight so far, I put too much of my back into it and not my arms)
2x15 Tricep pull down, 10kg

3x10 fitball crunches
3x10 alt. leg and arm raises
2 x prone bridge - 20 seconds (!!!!!!)
1 x prone bridge - 30 seconds (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Ooops, forgot the treadmill cool down.

Stretches.
