Aww :/ I used to have that when i was younger and i went into some hot springs for a swim once (apparently) and then it all just dissapeared. Although now i get dermatitis and i feel like chopping my fingers off is the only way to get rid of that. Skin problems have to be the most unattractive problem to have :/
