The things I do for nostalgia

So, a couple of years ago I searched eBay and bought a Sega Megadrive and a bunch of games. I spent over $100 on it all. I have never managed to get the console working properly, it was all a big waste of money. :(

But I just coughed up $62 and ordered the Sega Megadrive Collection for the PS3. The only game of significance to me that it doesn't have is Road Rash. I have to wait a few days for it to arrive. It's gonna be awesome. :)

That's because Road Rash is owned by EA and not Sega, unfortunately. They did re-release it as part of the "EA Replay" compilation, but only for PSP as far as I know.

You can get Road Rash as abandonware from http://www.xtcabandonware.com/. I could never get it to work, but I wasn't particularly motivated and you have a geek to assist you.
