Depends on what they have done. If you've done something obviously stupid where you knew the consequences, then no, no second chance. You need to learn to think before you do something.

Something that has unforeseeable consequences or does no harm to anything/anyone (except maybe the person doing it), then go ahead, do it as many times as you like.

'Give me another chance!' I hear this all the time. And when it's not a second or a third chance, but a fourth, fifth, sixth... eighty seventh... *sighs* and this people *don't get it* that they've used up all their chances.
