Oh God Evaporated milk!

I just used a bit in a dish I'm making for a picnic.

And seeing as I have no recipes in the plans to use the rest of it, and because I LOVE evap. milk, I drank the rest of the tin, call it a treat.

Am I the only one who adores the taste of evaporated milk?

Evaporated milk or sweetened condensed milk? Some people use them interchangeably, so I'm just checking LOL

I grew up drinking evap milk in my coffee.

Evaporated.

Condensed milk would be way too sweet to drink in any large quantity.
