I'm on a crash course learning how to do settlements. And much to my surprise I am getting my head around it slowly but surely.

Maybe I should go into law. Heck, at least it pays better than Conservation Biology.

Mind you settlements is soft law. It's mainly done by real estate agents, so they make it simple.

Simple? To me it looks like they tried to make a relatively straightforward thing as complicated as possible. But all law/beuracracy looks like that to me.

'soft law' 'quasi legal' hehehe
still pays better than conservation biol - unless, of course, you want to sell your soul and work for mining companies or consultancy firms which write reports for mining companies, then, you will roll in it!

I am so terribly tempted to upgrade my MR license to an HR and spend a year on the mines.
