Bead thread sucks

gemfyreI've now restrung this necklace 2 times, because I can never get the ends secure.
Today I decided to use charlotte crimps, and the first one worked nicely. But somehow as I was knotting the other one, it decided to get knotted around the actual necklace!
My attempts to undo the knot just resulted in things getting more tangled and the cord shredding. I'll probably have to cut the damn thing and that means restringing it all over again. gah gah GAH!
One good thing came of this - I discovered my dissection kit contains instruments that could be very handy when beading.
