Or "hot crossless buns" as it may be, because it's a pain in the arse to add the crosses, they look demented whenever I do them, and they don't add anything, flavourwise to the buns. These ones turned out being "Extra fruity hot crossless buns" because I can't do maths and added up wrong so half a cup more fruit than the recipe called for was added.
They are tasty. I just had two and called it lunch. Maybe I should finish off with a Creme egg to complete the Easter vibe?
