A week of rest and no knee brace.

One day back on my feet, and it's back like it was. I'm back in the brace, and a twist today really alarmed me.

*sigh* Maybe I should find a sit down job.

did they give you any physio? sounds like you need to do some work on the supporting muscles around the knee.. :P
