Haha, a couple of months ago I could barely manage 2 minutes on the exercise bike.

I just did 15 minutes, I'm sweating like a pig but I'm not puffed at all. I would have gone longer but the seat makes my arse hurt.

Ah, I shall have to have a look around for one.

I think the main problem is that I can't get the seat to sit straight. I didn't buy an ultra-expensive bike and I guess I got what I paid for. :(
