Extreme heat - bad. Even me, a die hard Skyshow goer would have been at the beach in an instant if someone suggested it.
Only 2 non-Aussie songs in soundtrack - GOOD! And the non-Aussie songs were good too. Pity my stereo couldn't get good reception and volume.
Morons standing up in front of everyone - Bad. Rest your weary legs, be polite and SIT DOWN! Then everyone can see.
Lightning storm behind fireworks - Bloody awesome. Stole the show.
Barges catching fire - Okay, so maybe THAT stole the show. Got a good view through my binoculars - there's a reason I take them everywhere. :)
Drunk morons destroying Rod's tripod - Bad. Some people need some serious anger management therapy.
BEACH AND COLDROCK ARE GOOOOD. Pity we had to head back inland.
And last night I purchased a scope and tripod. *grins* It's a Nikon. Hopefully it won't take too long to arrive.
It's freaking hot, but also humid so I kinda like it - reminds me of Broome.

Date: 2007-01-30 12:35 am (UTC)I was up at Kings Park for the Skyworks and it has to have been the most enjoyable one I've been to. People stayed sitting down to see the whole thing.
Also loving the weather at the moment with the heat and the humidity. Everyone's saying I'm nuts.
