gemfyre1.) Where did you ring in 2006? - Down by the Swan River in South Perth, watching Glocester Park fireworks. Just with a small group of friends. I think it was just Jakie, Matt and Rod.
2.) What was your status by Valentines Day? - Still with Matt.
3.) Were you in school (anytime this year)? - Nope.
4.) How did you earn your keep? - Skilled Workforce, Centerlink, Pickfords, Echo, Natural Area Management, DEC.
5.) Did you have to go to the hospital? - Nope, not even to accompany Matt.
6.) Did you encounter the police? - The ones controlling traffic in South Perth during events.
7.) Where did you go on vacation? - Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur and Kuching. My first trip overseas.
8.) What did you purchase that was over $500? - Ummm... honestly I don't think any one thing came to that much.
9.) Did you know anybody who got married? - I know people who were already married and some who got engaged, but there were no weddings.
10.) Do you know anybody who passed away? - No-one close.
11.) Have you run into anybody you graduated high school with? - Sarah, but I often see her anyway.
12.) Did you move anywhere? - Moved into the place in Beechboro early in the year then moved to Narrogin when I got the job with DEC.
13.) What sporting events did you go to? - Does the Red Bull Air Race count?
14.) What concerts did you go to? - None
15.) Are you registered to vote? - Yes
16.) If so, did you do your patriotic duty on Nov. 7? - N/A I'm in Australia. If there had been an election I would have voted because it's compulsory here.
17.) Where do you live now? - On the western side of Narrogin town.
18.) Describe your birthday. - You mean what I did? My actual birthday was a non-event, but the weekend following I went to Perth and had a friends party and a family party.
19.) What's the one thing you thought you would never do but did in 2006? - Well I didn't think I'd never do it but I certainly didn't expect to get overseas last year.
20.) What is one thing you regretted this year? - One thing? That's too hard.
21.) What's something you learned about yourself? - I like gardening.
22.) Any new additions to your family? - Lil and Bella - my two kitties.
23.) What was your best month? - July - cuz I went to Malaysia.
24.) What from pop culture will you remember 2006 by? - Dunno.

5. No hospital for me! nearly up to 2 years now I think. yay me!
