Weird question
Nov. 25th, 2006 04:43 pmIs there any way I can play original Quake on a modern computer?
And where can I get it?
(And are there also versions of original Doom and Heretic like this too?)

or illegal?
I've got some weird version of Doom I downloaded from the net, but I'm not sure...i dunno I never played the original so I don't know how complete it is or what. All I know is I got stuck on the second level and couldn't figure out where to go.
I just googled something like 'Doom ROM XP' or something like that.
Never heard of Heretic so that's going to be a stomper.
