My mail won't arrive, I have 11 messages waiting but I keep getting an error

are you sure 'pop3.norton.antivirus' is your correct incoming server????

yeah, it means Norton checks all the mail as it comes and catches viruses before they get to my inbox.

oooh I see..!! I saw your other entry shortly after I posted my reply, I should have checked you hadn't got it sorted before I opened my big mouth ;)
