Would be a much better movie if the dogs were the bad guys.
...And Jeff Goldblum's character reminds me of Fru.

Yeah you're right.
But the movie makes them look "evil is dumb" evil rather than "there's a reason we rule the world" evil.

That's true. I don't recall really liking that movie.
I'd like to see something where two similar species are fighting each other for insignificant reasons, and then they unite to destroy humanity.
