Anyone need a mattress?

There's a perfectly good one outside next door for kerbside collection. It's even clean! I can't figure out what's wrong with it. I already nicked 2 bookcases and a clothes airer from the stuff they're chucking. I can't believe people are so wasteful as to just throw out stuff like this. Makes me sad.

But it's also kinda useful that the kerbside collection in this shire is happening right around the time we move.

so other people can have stuff they don't want? i've put perfectly good stuff out on the verge for collecting knowing full well it won't reach the collection.

yeah, Kim does this all the time with computer hardware that actually is totally useless and worthless, but someone will come by and strip it of bits and eventually all that makes the collection might be some empty cases
