gemfyreAnother baby rhino was born 7 months ago! Apparently I had been told but I completely forgot. So when I saw 5 rhinos I was like, "What?!"
All the aviary birdies (including a pair of ultra-cute baby fairy-wrens) and the nocturnal animals (including 4 ultra-cute feathertail gliders) came out to say hello today, which was great.
I also discovered my bird squeaker works great on squirrels. I heard a squirrel chattering away (they are feral at the zoo) and squeaked the squeaker. The squirrel came charging towards me before realising I was an "eep! Human!" and turned tail and scampered back the other way.
And on the way back to my car I tripped and buggered up my elbow. I think it dislocated briefly. Still hurts when I move it certain ways. :(
