You fit in with:
Humanism

Your ideals mostly resemble that of a Humanist. Although you do not have a lot of faith, you are devoted to making this world better, in the short time that you have to live. Humanists do not generally believe in an afterlife, and therefore, are committed to making the world a better place for themselves and future generations.

You fit in with:
Spiritualism

Your ideals are mostly spiritual, but in an individualistic way. While spirituality is very important in your life, organized religion itself may not be for you. It is best for you to seek these things on your own terms.

I wonder why they didn't fit Islam anywhere on there. They have Judaism, Buddhism, Christianity and Hinduism... but no Islam.

While I recognize that these quizes are supposed to be fun and not meant to be accurate measures of these religions, the scale fails to recognize that Hindu philosophy includes explicitly atheist and agnostic traditions (e.g. the Lokaya tradition). Thus, in Hindu philosophy it is possible to be both a Hindu and an atheist. While you consider this apparent paradox, certain traditions in Buddhism allow for agnosticism and atheism as well. In addition, (and this is not disparage the Christian and Jewish traditions), I find it quite strange that Judaism and Christianity are "more" scientific (by which I assume the authors of the quiz mean objective) than the other religions. In my view, they are less scientific than the Eastern religions. You won't find Hindus and Buddhists insisting the world was created 6 thousand years ago, that people and dinosaurs were around at the same time, that carbon dating is crappy science, and that evolution is "just a theory" (as if theory is a dirty word). For books or essays on the Eastern philosophies, you are more than welcome to contact me.

So who thinks a Christian developed this quiz? I notice Islam is missing altogether. And it is the world's second largest religion. Perhaps the author's have subsumed it under Judeo-Christianity?

Food for thought.

I am a Hindu who attended a Jewish primary school in southern africa (where I learnt Hebrew for several years), then a Jesuit institution in the same country, while my father worked for a predominantly Islamic bank. So I guess I have a special sensitivity when it comes to the way religion is represented (and more often than not misrepresented).

Hey another friend also noted it lacked Paganism.

But it lacks many belief systems and religions.
