Spring has sprung
Sep. 11th, 2005 08:00 amThe air is filled with the sound of doves chatting each other up ("Cooo, croo" *bow, fan tail*, repeat). There are baby honeyeaters everywhere and yesterday I even saw babblers busy making baby babblers.
And the waders are arriving by the bucketload.

Date: 2005-09-11 10:21 am (UTC)where are the honey eaters? I haven't seen any honey eaters around in ages! They're like so rare here :( guess it's all because the noisy miners and rainbow lorikeets take over. But the lorikeets have all moved on to other trees or something... the noisy miners are being busy too it seems. Dunno. I'm waiting for grapes to grow so Mowg can TEAR into them again and love them :)
Watching Massive Nature: Bats right now. Bleh, freaky eating them things >_<
I really hope I get a partner for Mowg of the opposite gender. I need some way to determine Noisy Miner gender, damn it :(
