I heard something about that it only counts for presidents that have been chosen by the people and Bush wasn't really because the counting went wrong? I dunno THAT much about it. Between how many presidents did it happen? There was a differance about how they where chosen the ones that did not died while they where supposedly next.
I should ask that woman who said something like this how she ment it exactly.
It's a twenty-year cycle. Presidents elected in a year ending in 0 have a history of dying while in office.
