*chuckle* you only just started really getting into the exercise and you wonder why youre tired all the time :P
i dont advise taking iron tablets unless you actually definitely have low iron, they jes make you sick otherwise. hell im even against multiVs to a degree :P give it a bit more (like a month or two more at least) til youre good n settled into the whole gym thing and see how you feel after that, if youre still feeling over-exhausted and cutting back on the exertion here and there doesnt seem to be helping that is about the time to consider diet supplements :)

I've been tired like this for long before I started at the gym.
I don't eat anywhere near as much red meat as I used to since I now have to pay for it (rather than mum doing so). I now eat mainly chicken for my meat.
