You heard me right. They're making it again!!! I'm yet to decide if it's as good as it used to be but still. Schweppes Pink Lemonade!!
Yoga class
5 minute warmup - 5kph walking on treadmill
Fitball squats - 2x15
Leg curl 10kg - 2x15
Cardio - 20 min on treadmill, 6kph, varying gradient up to 4
Chest press 10kg - 2x15
Seated row 10kg - 2x15
Tricep pull down 5kg - 2x15
Fitball crunches - 3x10
Alt. leg & arm lifts - 3x10
Prone bridge - 3 held for 10 seconds each
5 minute cool down - 3kph on treadmill - felt really slow today
Stretches - hold each for 30secs
