It makes me sleepy, but I can't sleep. I think it might be the small amounts of codeine in the medicine that makes me sleepy (such small amounts that it can have a "non-drowsy" label but still makes me sleepy).
Ephidrine has similar properties to amphetamines, hence the non-sleeping I guess.
