It feels like I've popped something down there recently, too, though. This is cycle two after getting my copper IUD. Overall, I love it, but I've never had to deal with cramps before. :p It's supposed to get better after a few months, though.
Yeah, it's the first time I've had severe pain from it and it's my fourth cycle I think using it. I got the knack almost straight away.
There's barely any info/availability of these kind of things in Australia so I started by writing an article in my campus newspaper (how useful that this month happened to be the women's edition) and I'm plastering Mooncup stickers up in toilets (Mooncup were the only company to send me stickers).
