Bizarre phone call

Never had one like that before.

I pick up the phone and immediately,

"Congratulations!  Your phone number has been selected to play in a game of skill for a Porsche boxter..." (words to that effect)
"All you need to do is dial 1902..."  I hang up.

Whatever.

I never get anything that interesting...

I personally would have taken down the number and referred it to a few government agencies to make a few complaints... I am sure it is illegal somewhere...
