There's been somewhat of an outcry for this recipe, so here it is.
White choc-chip brownies
As found in Super Food Ideas - Issue 38, June 2003
Ingredients
200g butter, chopped
200g dark cooking chocolate, chopped (I just use Nestle dark melts, milk melts also work, just not so rich)
1/3 cup cocoa powder, sifted
1 cup brown sugar (I've used both light and dark, both work equally well I think)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup plain flour, sifted
1 cup Nestle white choc-bits (dark bits make for extra rich and yummy brownies, I imagine milk bits would be just as good)
Method
Pre-heat oven to 160C.
Grease and line an 18cm square cake pan with baking paper.
Place the butter and dark cooking chocolate in a saucepan. Stir constantly over low heat until melted and smooth. Pour into a large bowl.
Add the cocoa powder, brown sugar and vanilla essence, whisk to combine.
Add the eggs and mix or whisk well. (the heat of the melted chocolate cooks the eggs, so work quickly)
Stir in the flour and white choc bits.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until crumbs cling to a skewer inserted in the centre.
Allow brownies to cool in the pan.
Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
Store wrapped in foil in a sealed container in the fridge.
Experience chocolate ecstacy.

I think you need a blondie recipe rather than a brownie one.
I've never made blondies.
