I think I got mistress_wench's ebola.  When I cough (which is way too often) my head pounds.  I wanted to get some stuff done this week but I've been to pre-occupied trying to sleep and blowing my nose, which seems to be a perpetual faucet of snot.

Get some codiene linctus or something similar. It stops the coughing so you can sleep.

I've been stuffing myself full of codeine phosphate and pseudoephidrine and paracetamol and echinachea and garlic and horseradish and vitamin C and zink and fenugreek and mallow root and acidopholous (yeah, I just grabbed all the pills I had).

I feel better now I had a shower, clears the nose. :)
