Chakra quiz stuff

I'm not really into Chakra (I barely even know what it is!) but as a quiz this is pretty much right for me, I read about what it all means.

Root: under-active (-50%)
Sacral: open (13%)
Navel: under-active (-19%)
Heart: under-active (-6%)
Throat: under-active (-13%)
Third Eye: open (19%)
Crown: open (31%)

I was then reading about how to "open the chakras", it says "Warning: don't open the Crown chakra while you don't have a strong Root chakra."

You have to be careful. As Joe Bob Briggs put it, a chakra is one of those places where if you hit it with a baseball bat, you die.

Yeah be very carefull opening Chakra's.
And afterwards you have to close them again to a normal opening so don't close completely ever!!
