God these radio presenters are dumb - but I guess they ask for it having an "ask us anything" day. A woman rings and asks "What's the difference between Camembert and Brie cheese? They taste the same to me!"

Their answer - "Well, I think is Brie is softer... Are they from different places? I'm not sure..." Pretty much a non-answer.

1. They do taste different. Obviously not a cheese person this woman.
2. Yes, they are from different places. Like Brie comes from Brie and Camembert comes from Camembert - duh.
3. Apparently a really good Brie should "squirt you in the eye" when you stick a knife in it. Mmmm, food microbiology.

On the ABC yesterday a female mechanic was on who was there to be an expert on mechanics. She actually did seem to know her stuff (I don't know anything about mechanics) but the first question asked, she couldn't answer. I felt sorry for her, because she would have felt pretty stupid.
She answered all the others professionally however.
