Just did my usual hot day thing - cleaned the bathroom (and the toilet).
I can now have a shower and get out and not feel dirty immediately. I mopped the floors (which was more a case of sweep, the scrub then wipe it all up with a cloth because there was so much baked on crap there.) I SHOULDN'T have had to clean the floors but of course, no-one else in the house will ever do it so I have to because I can't deal with stepping out of the shower into an inch of hair and dust and god-knows-what-else crud.
The toilet was another get down and scrub job. There must have been a leak behind it at some time because it gross back there. Also cleaned the lid and the seat and the bowl. Now just to get it through to Matt to clean up any mess he makes when he uses it before it dries and gets baked on.
I am now dripping with sweat (lets hope I burned some fat off my butt!) and am waiting for the bathroom floor to dry so I can clean myself.
I was going to check out WA Salvage for jewellery making stuff then go to the north end of Herdsman Lake to search for the elusive Freckled Duck but it's too bloody hot. WA Salvage isn't well air-conditioned and Herdsman most certainly is not.
