Hazard?

Today, at different times but along the same section of Scarborough Beach Road. Cars driving along with their hazard lights on for no obvious reason. Both cars were old bombs but I don't recall a law being introduced saying old bombs had to drive with their hazards on.

Weird, and kinda distracting.

Just went birding and had a positively boring time. Well, no new and exciting birds anyway. Read about it here.
