Amazing what you ponder when procrastinating.

WinAmp just randomly selected "O Holy Night". This is possibly my favourite Christmas carol, it just moves me. And I got to wondering what makes people love certain Christmas carols? Like, I also love Winter Wonderland even though Australia has Christmas in the middle of summer (Six White Boomers, the ultimate Aussie Christmas carol is also a favourite).

Cosima pulled out of AI due to... nodes on her vocal chords! I remember back in 1995 when I read about Chris Cornell suffering the same affliction (the way he screams the nodes were heading towards golf ball size!) He got the same ultimatum, rest, or risk surgery. He waited a year then they released Down On The Upside much to my delight. Then a year later they broke up. :( pffllt

I love "Deck the Halls" - I used to hum it all the time in high school.. it alway made me feel good :) You could tell if I was thinking happy thoughts, if I was humming that... mew.
