One or two people who are wanting to move/move out of home and live with me.

People I won't throttle and that won't throttle me.
Preferably tidy people.
Suburb of residence will probably be closer to the city rather than further, at the moment I'm just looking through the Quokka at prices and potential places.
Price will probably be around $60 a week plus bills and expenses.

Now I've been looking for a change. LOL. THAT would be just the thing. I'll run downstairs and tell my mother that I'm moving house, around the world. Too bad I wouldn't legally be able to work there.
