Like Mike Oldfield. On an album of his the smallest song is about 16 minutes, and the longest 30!! (if people disagree on the numbers I have supplied here, I am not surprised because I made them up! :P But I know his songs are hella long!!)

Yep

I'm thinking the likes of Oldfield and Pink Floyd.

And I know loads of songs that lie within the 9 minute - 15 minute range.
